light question for veg stage

hi in veg stage is it the more light the better like with budding if your doing a tree style grow if not whats the max amount of 600w should i run over 4 tree's

the more light and the longer the light period the shorter and stockier the plant will stay... assuming you are keeping the light as close as you can without hurting the plant...

its really a growers preference as too how long the light cycle is.. as long as there is more than 18 hours of light a day tho your ok...

basically an example of what im aiming for would be a big strain like critical mass and have them around 5ft in 4-6 weeks
