light question. HPS or MH

Ok, is it better the veg with a 400w MH light then flower with a 400w HPS light or just use a HPS light all the way through?

It is better to Veg with MH and then Flower with HPS.

If you are tight on money you can Veg with HPS but you would still be better off Vegging with Flourescents and then flowering with HPS.
