light question

I got 1 96 watt florescent bulb on 2 plants. it's 10,000K. will it do?

how many would i need?

cfls arnt really good for growing. but i'd say get maybe two or three more 96's. just keep the plants small.

are they equivelants or is that the bulbs actual wattage?

ive heard of many rumors and tall tales about cfl's being used for the whole process (grow/bloom) but i have never seen said setup and i will never use said setup.
