Not sure what I have going on here?
Did i burn them?
No visible pests or disease I know of, but I am a noobie.
Just moved my lights up 5-6" yesterday when I watered because they were too close.
Ffof 3 weeks old, 3.6gal air pots, no nutes, RO water with only roots excel added.
480watt QB @65% 18/6
Temps 64-66 L.Off. 72-78 lights on
Did recently just add a dehuey to the room but rh has never been below 41%
Thanks for any opinions

41% is pretty low. Glad you added the humidity. How high did it climb after you watered? Also those are airpots inside of another pot? Is that to contain the soil that comes out of the AP or to capture the runoff from watering. Plants look strange to me like they are suffering from some sort of environment issue. Might be time to start adding some nutrients to the mix since the FFOF will only provide for so long plus the added root booster might be increasing the amount the plants are feeding off what is available. Last thing, what's airflow like, the fan in the photo seems pretty close to the plants, could the one plant have been to close to the fan at some point? Thinking may be wind burn.

@FastFreddi I've grown with OF before but haven't used anything other than tapwater. Is using RO water gonna change the PH of the soil as nutrients are depleted and or with the use of the RB the op mentioned he adds?

It was 48% rh after watering.
The air pots are inside of a pair of my wife's tights, I had read it helps keep dirt in and gnats out.
Running a can fan and cloudline t6 with can fan air intake.
Is in cold basement so the t6 idles along at 1-2
Fan is close, but a 8 speed on 'wisper' settings. Can relocate.
Thanks for the reply

I'm not familiar with ro...maybe I spoke out of turn.
I use tap as well, but mine can be 8.4 or higher in the winter..town supply.
I always make sure it's 7.0 anyway, and usually 6.5 with any additives.
That's me though.

Learning with you.. Hoping more folks chime in.. Still a newbie as well and I have 0 experience with controlling pH, reason I grow in soil is for the buffer factor. My current plant I added more perlite to the soil and its changed the way I'm growing. Plant now dries out quicker which allows for increased feeding and watering which I can only assume increases the speed at which the plant grows.

But can also cause ph swing issues if not monitoring.
I grow a little both indoor and outdoor.
Soil. FF HF.
Outdoor I rarely ph my water or feeds...no problems...in large totes.
Indoor, if I do not ph IN SOIL my plants will suffer, usually later in flower, but sometimes in veg.

Had a plant that looked like that once. Turned out it was due to overwatering.
Anything is possible,
I have only needed thouroughly water till runoff the pots in six day intervals up until yesterday when I realized they had sucked the pots dry sooner and I should have watered on day 5.

Thanks!
