Lighting Difference

I am starting a CFL grow very soon and was about to purchase some lights until the price was inflated within the past week(gotta love that inflation) My question is this. How much of a difference is it going to make whether i use 5000k, 5100k or 5500k lights for the vegetative portion of my grow? I already have decided on 2700k lights for flowering, but since there is quite a difference in price for the "full spectrum" lights is using a lower kelvin rating going to substantially harm my grow

the more light the faster "bigger" your plants will get go to the home depot if there is one near you and get something like this it works for both veg and flowering costs about 45 dollars with the bulbs
