lighting hours. just starting

the plants were planted just now and i came up with the easiest light schedule i could.
on 2:30pm - 7:00am
off 7:00am - 2:30
does this seem good? i have 200w of flo

Why not 24h on? Much faster turn around on the growth.

how long into the growing can you leave the lighting on for 24 hours?

by keeping it in 24 hrs a day it may take longer to shox sex...

do 18on 6 off for veg

its all about day and night.
