Ok heres the deal , hopefully someone can add some input on this. Ok i have a HydroFarm Compact Flouroscent 125w The bulb for this thing is huge. Ok well the bulb for this is broken so i cannot use it unless i buy another bulb funds are tight. On the other hand i have The mogul base, ballast, capacitor, ignitor and Philips bulb for a 400 watt hps. Now this is my question. I am planning on taking the mogul base out of this lamp fixture and adding the 400 w hps mogul base and using this hood for the hps light and putting the transformer together on something just not sure what that something is yet. my qeustion is will this work or is it at all possible to do this please any input will be helpful as i want to use this to flower. i have posted a picture of the lighting assembly below. Thank You
