Lighting question (VEG)

Getting RIU'ers

I have a 4x4 tent with an air cooled hood and want to know your suggestions as to what Wattage I should one run and WHY...

400w 600w 1000w

Also I'm running HPS in both veg and flower period this time.

not the 400... too small.

I would personally use the 600. It covers 4x4 well and I believe the 600 is the most energy efficient.

I like 1000s for 5x5s and bigger. I've never used a 1000 in a 4x4 but I think it would be too big.

1000 would fry them.
