Lighting question

hi, does switchin from cfls to hps daily stress a plant hps 8hr and cfl 8hr.

First, why do you do that? Second, if the CFL is 2700k ( warm white) then the only thing that changes is the total lumens and shouldn't stress the plant other than possible longer internodes ( plant height).
