I have 6 23W clf lights giving 112W light and 1600 lumens each...I will be growing autoflower in a 10L pot....opinions?
I have seen it done, I have used CFL’s. You may have been down a cheaper road just buying a high wattage CFL grow bulb & hood on the amazon, never the less you could get results that will please you if you’ve never grown before.

But will that be okay for the flowering stage too?
It depends on what you are going to be satisfied with. Different types of lights tend to grow bud differently, almost distinctive to what type of structure you get; Strain genealogy also plays a roll in that. Yes you can flower with them, No its not ideal, but if you use them to flower make sure to use the correct spectrum. If im not mistaken you can google the “cfl kelvin scale & cannabis” for your desired results. (You can probably just browse the images and find what you need)
What do I have to say to you?
Just send it, flower out with the cfl, DRY AND CURE CORRECTLY, and then smoke it!
Try a different light next run, you decide what you like broski, not everyone else.
