Lighting?

I have two T12 Florescent plant and aquarium lights that are 24" 20watts and put 600lumens out with a color temp of 2700K
Will this be enough light for a grow box? I also have a Ultraviolet Florescent Germicidal Bulb and fixture (the bulb alone purifies the air)
I'm pretty new to indoor grow lighting so I could use some advice on this matter

I really dont think that will be enough to grow much. Thats only 40 watts, and 1200 lumens. I wouldnt try to grow more than one small plant with that set up.

How much more light do I need? the Ultra violet ads alot to its a Germicidal bulb
