I have 2 130w cfl lights and a fair bit of room is there a way of restricting the room to keep the light in more like put a sheet up or something

Yeah, build a tent out of a roll of duct tape, a sheet of panda poly(black white poly plastic sheeting), and 1" schedule 40 PVC.
 
If budget is the priority I would find some large cardboard refrigerator boxes buy a few security blankets and some spray adhesive and glue the security blanket to the cardboard and have a minute I cardboard grow tent

Cardboard is functional, and I guess with CFL's you don't have to worry about fire, really...But with HID's, I'd rather my grow room melt than catch on fire, in case something failed with the light hangers and caused the light to fall.
 
Downside to blankets are they hold heat. He was using cal is the ONLY reason I suggested cardboard and from the looks of his current setup cost is an option. I was there myself till I got tires of rigging shit said screw it and dropped about 1000

I blocked it into the corner of the shed with two sheets of Mdf and covered them in aluminum foil seems to hold the light in and reflect :) thanks for the advise
