Lighting

i recently got rid of my salt water fish tank and i have left over lights i used. i was wondering if these lights could grow weed?

what kind of lights? are they tubes,bulbs?pic?

looks good for veg.. doesnt look strong, but for young plants i think its enough.. in fish tanks theres ONLY lights with blue spectrum.

those are tubes, youll have to find out the brand and go to there website to see what the spectrums are.What watts?

They are 96 w and i can't figure out the spectrum

and warm white tubes for flowering. 'course due to money (or lack thereof) I used cool whites all the way from germination thru harvest. it took a bit longer (2 months veg, 2 months flowering) but it worked. keep the lights no farther than 2" from plant tops. Read the growfaq at the top of this page for extra help and get a fan on them to strengthen stems. keep us posted...
