Lights .help needed

OK so at the moment I am growing in a 1.2mtr x1.2mtr x2mtr tent .600watt hps and 4 clip on lights each pushing out 1500.lumens. .. I have had enough of such tight space and want to use a room of 13ftx10ft .. and the. Height is about 10ft .iv blocked off the window I am planning on doing 10 to 20 plants .. but .. what lights and how many to give good light coverage would I need. Also how big a fan and filter . Thank you for reading this any help would great

Atleast a minimum of 40 watts a sq.ft with hid.

A 10x13 room with 10 600's or 6 1kw's would be close (10x13=130/6000=46w.ft)

Thats a big jump lol from 9sq.ft to 130! Good luck

Yes I know it's a massive jump but I like to get in about my plants instead of keep taking them out to examine them .in was thinking 4 . 600watt hps with flurecents around to
