lights went out?

ok so heres my problem my 400 watt blue halide bulb blew out this morning after my dad threw the breaker. luckly i had a xtra eye hortilux hps and i had no Choice But to throw this one in. my light had been on for about an hour prior to the disturbance. Will my vegging seedling and clones herm out?? there pretty big but have never experienced a blackout like this before ,is 10 minutes enough to cause a plant to herm??? Im on a 18-6 cycle

no, and your in the veging cycle. it doesn't matter then anyways.
Hermies are most likely caused by light poising during the dark cycle, and it has to be a substantial amount of time.

nope you should bee fine. 10 mins isnt near enough to cause any stress.
