Not a good light to use. Incadesents just create heat and extremely poor light. If you can't get anything else, use high watt compact flourescent bulbs to start, and do whatever you can to find a high pressure sodium to use before flowering.

This light is not the right spectrum of light that you are looking for. Try what everyone at rollitup says. Use a HPS, MH, HID, or CFL's. These are the lights that mature Mary Jane.
