Ok there was a time where i could drink, get drunk, and it was ok. Now i can't do that. I either get a headache or yuke b4 i get a good buzz from alcohol. So that means that is i need to relax, its pot. It seems my body will not let me destroy my liver. I about likked my lungs b4 i figured it out. You gotta smoke through a water pipe. This will filter out some of the thickness w/o messing up the high. Or small hits of a glass bowl....those big lung crushing hits, yea probly not good...but anything on moderation is ok. Well that is except for alchohol.
