Link me your LST grows.

Well... I searched threads using "LST" and no results. "low stress training" gave me a good tutorial and 20 results. only a few had pictures. most were just end results.

Im thinking about doing it to one of my better strains, but I wanted to see some pictures (esp grow journals) of you guys doing it, so I can get a better idea of what I need to do!

I get that I just tie it and then keep tying it as each new growth happens.

any info is always helpful. things you did that worked. things that didnt. ect.

If you check out the link on my sig and start towrd the begining you can see I started one of the 3 plants in a lst just to try it out. I made metal hooks and stuck them in the dirt to hold down the stem. Once the top turned up and grew another node, I would pull out the hook and bend it down further up the stem. I didn't do it all the way around before I put it into flower because the other 2 were ready and I didn't want them too tall. It was my first grow and first lst so I can do it better next time. Check it out and you might get the idea or think I'm an idiot. Good luck and happy growing.

check my link too. i have five plants i LST'd and two I didn't. The LST'd are week 8 of flower, the non are only on week 5 or 6. theres a HUGE diff

sweet. thanks. I checked both of your links out. I did it a while after I made this post. so we'll see how it goes. seems simple enough, just wanted to make sure i did it right. we'll see what happens. *waits impatiently*
