Local Forums For Cities /Countries?

I was thinking why not have localized forums for cities or countries where people can chat about local issues,or can get to know each other to hook up at some point. People could also post about the best places to buy supplies,or they could look for others to split a large order of supplies to get a bulk price. These are just a few examples and Im sure you could think of other ways this could work.
I realize this may sound complicated . However you could just start out with 5 or 10 major cities in the US for example,a few in Canada,Europe etc ,and just watch it grow from there(no pun intended).

yes thats a good place to find certain supplies Im sure Growtech,but there are so many things people might want to find out regarding growing ,smoking, clubs etc in their town,or if they are visiting from out of town.

are people here afraid to mention the city they live in or what? If so wouldnt it be easy enough for the authorities to catch you with your ip address if they really wanted to .

Im in Toronto. Things are kind of laid back up here for the most part and weed was actually legal for a couple weeks a few years ago,until the Bush administration bullied our government into changing their minds. Anyhow I still dont really understand why people would be worried about saying what city they live in,since this doesnt really provide a whole lot of info,and as I said I think the ip address of someones computer would be much more useful to the fuzz.

Clearly there are some who dont mind putting a city in their profile so at least these people would be able to use these forums without worry. Also anybody who doesnt want to post may still want to read about whats going on in their town which they could obviously do worry free,and they could still send private emails to posters if they really want to know something specific.
