image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Noticed some seedlings center vein has a defined yellow. Any thoughts? 1/2 are NL (5 days old) and 1/2 Blue King (2 days old). I gave all 300ppm water yesterday and they seem to have responded well. First one is DWC. The rest are in FFLW under 600 watt MH @ 40" and a ton of circulation. Temp 81 Humidity 50.

The beat up seed leaves are from planting shallow and seeds sticking...
Nope, though that does make sense, I always plant my hatched seeds in a half inch divet and sprinkle just enough soil ontop to cover the seed, well maybe if you didn't hatch yours did you? If a tusk ever sticks on you again it is ok to very carefully remove it despite what some may say a out letting it fall off. It will kill the seedling if left too long and I've saved a few by removing it.

Well the dead spots are definitely where the seed stuck but yeah who knows why they did. 5 out of 5 stuck A couple of wooden skewers works great at removing shells. I removed all 5 of these instead of waiting .

I have a 3 week old seedling with the seed shell still stuck on it and still pinching together the cotyledons together. The first leaf set is a little squiggly and twisted after forcing it's way out, but they grow fine. You can't tell now that it struggled out of the shell...

Yours look like ordinary seedlings to me...
