Like wise cheese . fuck cancer..sorry to hear and welcome to the group.
not really mad at gp's more the college for putting prescription limits on the amounts..they can prescribe.
some people need those larger amounts...
so for the sake of a few bad apples these people are supposed to 1/2 medicate....

A big sorry to Chronictre for this thread being hijacked.....wish you the best of luck at finding a good designated grower...

I have 3 clients 2 with cancer diagnosis and 1 quad in a chair. Their doctors just signed them up in the ACMPR 2 got 292 plants (60gpd) and 1 got 195 plants (40gpd). Doctors aren't limited in any way. If you need it your doctor should script it. If your doc doesn't script you with what you need, grow it anyways. Just don't get greedy and sell your extra.

No not yet, it's only been a week or so since they seen their doc. They aren't waiting either, it's full steam ahead, their illness isn't waiting why should they.

What are you guys doing posting regs + script in the mean time? I take it you used the complicated formula to figure out the 195 for 40gpd?

It will be some time before we populate the gardens. Need to build it first. They have copies of their ACMPR apps, that should be sufficient until their app comes back. Doctors approval trumps the gov. If your doc is on board there is no need to wait for your gov.
These are new patients with no Mmar pinks. Otherwise your pinks will do.

During the design/consulting I charge an hourly rate. As their grower I would charge a flat monthly Salary.
Design/consult for patients 1st hour $50, then $25/hr
design/consult non patients 1st hour $100, then $40/hr
DG salary would be determined on plant count. $15/plant per month for patients, $30/plant non patients.
Still working out the details, just went to bank and set up a business acct. modest website only been up a week. Lots of interest and 3 clients within the last week.

What you guys think? Is this fair compensation for my time, and good value for patients?. Remember these patients contacted me, and want/need my expertise. They seem happy with my compensation, any more constructive input from you guys would be helpful.

Yeah rates are fine id say. Its a nice way of breaking it down and turning an income out of it. If you dont mind how are you taking care of banking and taxes? i take it the patient gets invoiced and signs off on delivery then you get your salary?

good model to go off of.
