theres plenty of 20% plus thc strains out there that will give you all kinds of different highs..... the question is can you select the dankest phenno and grow it to it upmost potential
And there it is in a nutshell!!!! Well put!

Like the Pineapple pheno we have....it took 2 years to go from the "best pick of the litter" to getting down pat what the plant "likes" as far as feeding ( how much, how often) to how to finish it right.....(time in flower, bulking, and wash stage's) and each of those stage's have their own little tricks to get the final result!!!!

Simple suggestions to help you get "there"

We gas,,in flower,,but stop at the bulking stage (same for all breeds)
Run your plants out L-O-N-G-E-R then the seed companies flower time...A plant listed for 8 weeks will be better run out to 9-10+ depending on the breed - watch your tric's with a scope!

I won't go into what to use for feed....everyone has their favorite.
But what I will say is try several or even more! Find what works for you and stick to it!
We use a combination of several products from different makers all in one feeding regime.

Take the time to learn organics and how to do it.

Good luck

Hmm, The best we've run tested out (By Iron Labs here in Mich) like this.

Blue Cheese (Barney's farm) - 25.35 (same as the ghost)

This was my first real dedicated grow with legit chit, I knew it was a bomb strain but never had any confirmation other than the friends.

I had Blue Cheese a long long time ago and it was bomb. compact frosty nugs and smelled great. The high was amazing of course as well.

My sister gave me 1/8th for my Bday, she doesn't smoke so who knows where she got it from but that was like when I was 15.

What breeder would you guys recommend for White widow?

Forgive my ignorance, but how does a lot of trichomes equate to a high THC content? What's to stop those trichomes from being low THC high CBC?

Exactly. I got on this thread thinking I'd read something worth knowing, nope, just a bunch of people who think trichomes are pure THC or something..

Green House seeds

seedsman

black label

in that order.

Amount of tric's show A POTENTIAL for high quality....The quality out come is determined by breed and by the growers methods. Light spectrum can be a significant point in the final outcome.

I don't like WW, nor run it any more.....GHS was the early choice because of how good it preformed at the time. It is not the best yielding of the group, but it was our choice at the time.......we all have opinions.....I do like some of Arjan's sativas! :peace:

The best test is in the pipe. I run each cutting a few times and test it out on a bunch of different smokers. More often than not the iciest and most flavorful stuff is the most desirable. Sometimes I am disappointed because I really like a plant, it looks greats smells great and yields great but if it tests poorly with a handful of smokers I let it go.

I had a blue widow that smelled like coconuts, was super sticky and yielded great but people didn't like smoking it. I had a DNA lemon skunk that smelled exactly like strawberry quick and was covered in frosting, but it smelled like dog fur burning in the pipe and wasn't very potent lol. I let both go and keep on searching.
