Looking for advice on a new build

So, I built a COB rig for a veg tent a few months back, to replace an hid light, and I've really come to like it. Now I want to replace a couple flower tents with Cobs, but could use some help.

I plan on using the rapid led 'substrate' as a frame http://www.rapidled.com/4-x-4-canopy-substrate/

Im thinking about going with 12... 4 bars of 3 cobs.

Would it be best to run them at 50w each for 600w total?

Would it be best to get 4 drivers or does it not matter?

As for the cob itself, I'm thinking citizens, but is there a better chip for this purpose that isn't crazy expensive?

depends on what brand. 50W would be very efficient and 600W total would suffice in term of PPFD.

As for the driver, the only difference that I know is that you have four of them instead of one. So if something breaks, you only lose 1/4 of your power supply.

I am thinking about doing the same build later on.

Do you think 50w per cob is a good idea or should I go up to 60-70w?

What brand chip would you use for this?

Well 600 watts in a 4x4 grow area is 37.5 watts per square foot, which seems to be the standard requirement for cobs. If you ran 16 cobs you can drop the amperage down to 37.5 watts each for an increase in efficiency. Or just leave it at 12 cobs @ 50 watts each.
