Looking for advice.

Grew indoors long time back 79 & 80. Single now so decided to give a go. Set up Eye Hort super hps 400w max output blue & red. Closet 3x5 solved the venting problem made hugh difference. Now at 9 weeks since germ my seeds. Topped two weeks ago all 6 plants are around 30 inches. My question.. the lower branches aren't reaching for the canopy as fast or as big as middle and upper branches.. thinking about setting flood led's in the corners just above containers level. Anyone out there that's done this or something similar to get them to fill in..

cut em off and try cloning them if they're photoperiod.
