Looking for advice

Grew indoors long time back 79 & 80. Single now so decided to give a go. Set up Eye Hort super hps 400w max output blue & red. Closet 3x5 solved the venting problem made hugh difference. Now at 9 weeks since germ my seeds. Topped two weeks ago all 6 plants are around 30 inches. My question.. the lower branches aren't reaching for the canopy as fast or as big as middle and upper branches.. thinking about setting flood led's in the corners just above containers level. Anyone out there that's done this or something similar to get them to fill in.

We have side lights for the undergrowth in the big room

They should work it just shows that your plants are just eating the hell out of them nutrients you’re throwing in there. did you use recharge by any chance? when I do the first transplant that’s when I use the recharge and the plants have lots of extra growth. Flowering a different game, I called them suckers and I just get rid of them fuckers ASAP because they’re not gonna soak up all the nutrients not in Flowering mode

Lollipop the plant.... Google it! You chop off the lower shoots putting energy into the bigger growth

Yeah, there are a lot of good options that have been said. If they are not in flower, you could take them as clones too. Depends on if you are feeling froggy and want to try. Imo, Id so some training to let the lower ones catch up, especially if you topped already. For me, i like to try and use what light i have in the most efficient way.
