Looking for feminized seeds that harvest in september, HELP!

I am planing an outdoor grow, but due to the climate where I stay I need to harvest in september. I am looking for feminized seeds that will harvest no later than mid-end september. The strain would also need to handle some bad weather and cold nights.. Anyone out there that can help me?
