Looking for some high CBD oil

I need some help and advice:

I just got off the phone with a friend of mine and we talked extensively about his 18 year old extremely autistic son and his seizures. I had asked him if he's looked into cannabis as a treatment for them and apparently his wife has done extensive studying on the subject and they're willing to give it a try.

They have been looking for Charlotte's Web to no avail (is anyone surprised) and are very discouraged about not finding any. I told him I'd be glad to make inquiries here to find a high CBD oil that they could try. Obviously New York State is not the place for such things, and I'm hoping my well-connected friends in Colorado or elsewhere can help me get them some oil.

His son is about 6'2" and about 250 lbs and can be out of control to the point they fear for their safety. The drugs he's on now have "taken my son's personality away" and is a zombie. They have to give him knock-out drugs and he sleeps all the time.

I told him I didn't want to play doctor for his son as I know very little about the in's and out's of oil, but between what you people can share with me and doing some research on the subject, I'd be glad to offer him some if it's the right thing to do.

Theirs afew high CBD strains, the one my brother used to cure his brain cancer was canatonic which was consintrated into oil using rick simpsons tek. Look up simpson oil.. I believe bubba kush has a pretty high CBD% Avidekel is high in CBD. Best of luck to you, the first two stains are fairly easy to obtain, but Avidekel maybe hard to get.. There maybe an issue finding oil, the problem is that it requires a lot of weed to make it, which in most medical states you are only allowed a couple of oz's it takes apound to get around 55 to 60 grams of oil, which is about ninty days worth at three to four doses aday. If you know some one willing to brake the law for a noble cause then there should'nt be any problem gettin your friends son his oil

Sadly, many ill people (and their caretakers) cannot get CBD oil legally. Or any oil! If you Research "Tor" and the "Evolution marketplace", there are sources of oil and other concentrates high in CBD overseas that will mail it to sick people anywhere. The Evolution marketplace is one of a few different marketplaces that may have it. I hope your friends son can get his medicine soon, and these insane laws will change things faster. Pure CBD is hard/impossible to find for most. My understanding of autism is that if it has thc in it there is little consequence, the higher the CBD/THC ratio the better so the autistic patient will not feel the psychoactive THC. However in reality it is hard to find pure CBD, so most patients will use any oil that has CBD, no matter what the ratio. Hope that helps.
