Me too! But, I don't own the company. I get listened to, and sometimes my ideas are executed ... sometimes not.

I get paid for doing what my boss wants too. Just like the lawyer.

I get paid not only for my strong work, but also for my feedback. Funny thing is more often than not my boss does what I tell him to as related to my job, compared to the other way around. He's smart enough to know that I'm more of an expert in my field than he is. Smart administrators listen to the experts they hire.

The people I deal with in Alberta say $1600/lb is standard from grower to dealer. TBH my neighbour buys trash stuff for 1600/lb, but I guess it doesn’t matter if people want it for what he’s asking..

That’s how it is in the grows I’ve been in up in Canada. Even if they do magically get some great buds, those ALL come off and go their top shelf providers. You will not get a top nug from a dispensary unless you’re getting it for an insane price.

As for the thread title, Super Lemon Haze from Greenhouse has served me well and wow she hits you instantly like a freight train! I wouldn’t doubt if some of her pheno’s were in the high 20’s.

Some strains I can recommend with high yield and high THC: Super Silver Haze, Dream Lotus, Wedding cake, Gelato variations, bruce banner #3, chocolope, master kush, Sunshine daydream, many Gorilla Glue #4 crosses, Pineapple Skunk, Headband, Headbanger, blueberry to name some. If you can't find the strain or its not available, you can go to seedfinder and learn about the linage of the strains. You can then look for a good cross with another high yield/high THC strain.

This is for indoor growing and only my preferences. Good Luck!
