And the roots of both look like what? You say ppm is around 710. Are you measuring pH and ppm daily?
every day they stay pretty consistent.. the big plant has tons of roots the sick one not so much the sick looking one has a big ball of roots at the end

ive ramped the ppm up threw the 5-6 weeks of veg.. im useing tap water aired for 24hours my tap water ppm is 120ish.. i also flush my res every week. i know its kind of over kill

Trim the roots on the sick one way back. You might consider running peroxide through your system too. Leave enough roots to touch the soup.
