looking for sweet fruity herb...with some kick.

Hola mi amigos,

I am looking to grow the most fruity, lip smacking tasty herb of my life. And I'm a regular smoker so let's not make it too weak. I prefer sativa high to indica...but am indoors. A cross (as 95% of the strains seem to be) is fine.

I used Gypsy Nirvana Seedboutique recently for AK48s...(put 5 in germ all popped and all sprouted) so I would order through them again.

Oh, I am growing for personal use so I do not really care about yield too much. I also will not pay hundreds of dollars for 10 seeds.

Thanks!

Try Orange Kush. I've grown it once now and the smell and taste is just like Oranges. AKA Tangerine Kush.
Tangerine kush is a sativa dominant hybrid. The bud has a potent medicine and tangerine peal smell with a spicy undertone. Very dense dark green nugs with light orange and tangerine hairs, with a good amount of trichomes and calyxes. It has a citrus and pine taste with a fruity aftertaste. The high is clear headed and makes you feel very loose and light. -strainreview.com

I'm breeding my Orange Kush with a White Widow to make an Orange Widow! Imagine the possibilites... Sorry, I tend to ramble when I'm stoned!

Thanks for the responses...but none of the above are sold through Gypsy Nirvana SeedBoutique.

Any recommendation from their site? Lemon Skunk perhaps? Blueberry? Strawberry D-Lite?

I haven't had Lemon Skunk but I almost bought it, the reason I didn't is because it's too much like Orange Kush. I didn't like Blueberry when I smoked it, too harsh for me and I didn't much care for the high either(quick burnout, I also think it might not have been Blueberry). But I've had friends swear by it..? Strawberry D-Lite sounds good, I haven't tried it, but I have tried Strawberry cough and thoughly enjoyed it. Personally I don't think you can go wrong with the Lemon Skunk or Strawberry D-lite.

There are way too many vendors to look at on there.

If there is a Lemon Trainwreck, then I wuld also suggest that. Tastes just like lemons.

F13 - DJ Short

This one sounds phenominal, I'm definitely picking up the strain.

ativa 60 / Indica 40
Origins - Flo x Blueberry
Flowering - 55-65 days
Harvest - Late September

F-13 is a top quality connoisseur variety developed with the indoor soil grower in mind. Even so, it adapts well to hydroponic systems, performing especially well in organic-based aquaponic or aeroponic setups. It has also been tested in outdoor gardens at 45 degrees north lattitude, where it performed well.

The parents of F-13 are a dynamic duo from DJ Short's Delta-9 Blue Collection. The mother strain, Flo, is an early maturing sativa/indica hybrid with the unique ability to produce a continuous harvest of tight spear-shaped buds. Her buzz is energetic and extremely clearheaded, a true "wake and bake" pot with a flowery smell and fruity undertones in the flavor. The Blueberry father is a superstar of connoisseur cannabis known for its cool blue hues and signature blueberry taste, along with its long lasting, euphoric high.

In F-13, this combination results in a slightly sativa-dominant hybrid that branches into a medium-sized, bushy plant, especially when topped. Her thin, sativa-like leaves are dark green, often developing red and lavender hues as she matures. F-13 thrives on organic nutrients with plenty of good worm castings and bat guano. Keep other feeding light, especially where nitrogen is concerned.

F-13 finishes in approximately 8-9 weeks indoors with a yield between 1-2 ounces per square foot when the light input is at least 50 watts per square foot. Another measure of expected yield is 1 gram per watt of light when conditions are optimal. In outdoor grows, harvest is in late September to mid or late October depending on the latitude.

This hybrid forms tight, elongated spear- or spade-shaped buds that release a sweet musky odor while growing. The high is a creeper that takes between 20 minutes and an hour to reach its peak. The refreshing quality of the high is comfortable yet awake, making it weel suited for social situations. F-13 is a lucid and truly enjoyable daytime smoke that tapers off into a dreamy feeling. Overall this variety is very motivational when used in moderation. It retains the flavors of fruit and flower that are signatures of DJ's Blue strains, making it a good choice for any flavor connoisseur.

No one has mentioned the "classic" from nirvana, Jock Horror. I haven't grown it yet, but the comments/reviews are really fine. I just ordered myself. Downside sounds like a 12 week finish time for the full quality to come through.

Anything From flying dutchman is going to be good bro.

They have been around for a longggg time, and use great strains for their crosses.

Yea man check out The Attitude: http://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/ (some decent freebies with orders)

For the best flavoured buds you have to go on a pheno hunt. I also prefer sativas and unfortunately most of the fruity flavours are indica doms.

If you're lucky enough to find it, there was once upon a time a nice berry pheno of AK-47 by Serious Seeds (also I had a fruit pheno of AK-48 from Nirvana - Smelled beautiful, taste good)

Lemon Skunk, Blueberry and Bubblegum are nice - Indica dom though, stoney buzz.
I'm currently searching through some Super Lemon Haze for a nice citrus flavoured Haze dom pheno.

I find with all fruity flavoured strains that you still have to grow out a lot of seeds to find that special 'stand out' pheno that's worth keeping as a mother plant.

Cheers.

i find most of the real fruity buds are sativa and the indicas tend to be on the hashy side pungent.

That's true, hashy flavour is always indica, but I've only found indica dom indica/sativa hybrids to have fruity flavours (personal experience, not solid fact or anything haha). Sativas always have that spicy, haze type flavour.

Not sure of the seedbank, but Hawaiian Punch was re-released last year or earlier this year if I recall. I've never tried it myself though, looks nice!
