Looking to start new setup

Hey, guys. I'm back after a HUGE failure and a long hiatus. After a feeding issue (lost all my plants because of time restraints and unreliable help) I'm looking to get back in. This time I don't want to cut corners.
My plan is to do a 2 (possibly 3) 4x4 tent perpetual grow.
I'm looking for advice on basically everything here.

1: DIY Lighting. Looking at going with LEDs here. DIY COB or QB. I'd like not to overpay, but I need some guidance on where to find what I need in terms of wattage, spectra, etc. Initially thinking 4 x LM301B boards (2 per tent). DIY cost of about 415 USD.

2: Automated feeding: my last issue was getting feeding, so I would like to automate this. I plan on doing coco coir with NFTG again. If you have advice on better organics, feel free to share, but try not to argue. I'm looking for advice on reservoir, pump, agitator. As well as irrigation automation (hygrometers and Arduino?) Or does it make way more sense here to go with a flood and drain on a timer? I was planning on using individual smart pots.
Looking at 2 hydrofarm APPW550, Koram tubing and fitting kit. Need advice on whether to use timer or soil hygrometer control. Need a good res.

3: Climate control: Main issue here is ventilation and smell. Also looking for advice on in tent ciculation. I didn't have too many issues with temp last time, and I'll be using cooler lights this time.
Looking at vivosun 6 in 440 cfm kit. ( Filter, fan, ducting)

4: Tent need advice on a decent tent. The last one I had was cheap, and the height was just slightly too high. I'm growing in a basement and can't exceed 2 meters. Wondering if I should custom build booths? The floor does get wet when it rains (high water table).
Looking and oshion 4x4x6.5 tent.

5 Strain: my last concern here. I was thinking about a more sativa heavy strain because that's what I like, but I heard they can be more of a challenge for new growers. Advice would be appreciated. I was leaning toward AK-47 because it's a solid strain. This is last on the list because it's of least concern.

Thanks in advance for helping me get back in the game.
