Lost power and now i think i got hermies.. Need confimation

Like the title said, these were both fems as of 2 weeks ago and i lost power for 4 days. Now this is what i got, since this is my first grow i am hoping against all odds these are buds, but, i think they may be seeds or pollen?

Pic 1 looks like full blown male to me. Can't really tell on left pic 2, but it definitely has balls.

Left pic of #1 looks like some seeds, but 2 weeks sounds like really soon to see them.
Have you noticed a slowing in the growth rate?

I don't see seeds, but there will surely be some if that things hangs around much longer.

They both had pistols only, then the power outage of 4 days then this is what i see now 5 days later. key thing is the 2nd pic is of a plant that has both the seed looking sacks and pistols only other branches.

Is it viable to let the hermie polinate itself and wait to harvest then reuse the seeds?
