you MUST be using cfls or florous

you need to keep the light close, cfl and florous dont get that hot

your plants are starving for light. i'm sorry i don't use CFLs so can't recommend what you should get.

well i was afraid of that so i lowered my light a little bit more and turned on the fan and heater so they should be a little happyer i also gave them a airstone in the resv.

the grow journals are fun - but they are also a way to network with a group of growers to exchange ideas and inventions and such. recommended!

more light for sure. i have a bunch of brand new 6500k daylight full spectrum cfls. 2 bucks a piece. need about 3 per plant. and have to have any flourescent at least 1-2 inches away . let me know if you want a few. i would pull those and start over. the stems are too damn long for that early stage of growth and would most likely snap or bend in the future.

Wow. I know a couple of people have said it, but you definitely need more light now. I don't know how much heat a 75 watt hps puts out, but if heats a problem then you probably don't want it. CFL's are a great way to go if you can't use MH or HPS lighting. IF you look around on here more and more people are using them all the way through their grow, including myself. You can get both colors of the spectrum at places like Home Depot, and you can get lighting fixtures and Y connectors there too. If you want you check out my setup in my grow journal, it is in no way perfect but I think it's decent. If you have any questions about it let me know, and good luck.

chunky man ive looked at home depot i live across the street . they dont have y adapters at mine. it sucks. i need about 20 of em too. cfls make a slower grow and less dense too. i have a 75w wallpack in the corner of my cage , depoends on if you have glass over it or not. but nah not that . maybe a foot away works good. ill take pics of mine right now and show ya what im workin with . hopefully itll answer the cfl and 75w question

They are by the wall switches, just past the lighting fixtures, they are $2.50 each. Also, are you saying the 75 watt HPS doesn't produce enough heat to warrant an exhaust setup? I don't know, I'm asking.
