Low Stress Training... too late?

I have 2 plants that look great (to me) I have a few new lights and a new setup, plus with a little bit more knowledge I think I can grow some really good stuff... but

I was wanting to try lst... I've let them grow a bit and now perhaps I waited too long.

It seems that the lighting is pretty good as the stalks of the plants seem too thick to bend... I'm afraid I'll break em.

What do you think? Should I attempt it? or should I just grow them normally this time?

I enclosed a few pics to help you to see what I mean

The pics in this post are from June 1st...

Your plants are looking good. It's not too late . . . just be gentle and if you can't get the growth you want to move into place at first, just start training it in that direction, ie: bend to where you feel safe, tie, wait a couple days, pull the tie down a little more, and so on.
I don't think it's ever really too late.
