Hey guys. I must be too high or something because I can't figure out how to post pics within our group. When I get to the screen where I click on 'save' I see the names of the pics that I'm trying to add, but not the pics themselves. I'm afraid that if I click on 'save' I will save blank pics and I don't want to do that. If you can help me out on that, then great, thanks in advance. In the meantime I will post some pics here. I just chopped this girl a couple of hours ago.-P

Cool thread, I'm supprised I haven't run across this yet!

Everyone has there own style and some great looking plants out there, I love it!!

I'm in the middle of my first grow and had a rough start with 1/4 short rider female/male ratio but I learned a lot and have a very healthy monster female in her 1st week of flowering.

I also have another healthy wonder woman that just went into flowering a few days ago and showed hairs after 2 days of 12/12.

The lights have changed a lot from the begining but right now its roughly 2x68w 2600k 4x23w 2600k 1x27w 5500k in the flower room and just 2x27w 5500k for the veg box.

Here's a couple pics,
1-4) Big Short Rider that vegged outside for about 10 weeks, "had bug problems but I saved her!!"
5-6) Wonder Woman about 5 weeks veg.
7-8) Unknown sex Short rider, 3 weeks veg then switched to 12/12 for almost 2 weeks and still isn't showing sex. Practicing my lst skills on this.
9) Pic of the top of wonder woman and short rider.

OK. First baby ever here. Got crazy lucky. Stuck a seed in my gf's seedling tray, germinated, stuck it in a window, watered it, and saw some pre-flowers weeks later! I got the seed from an old baggy sitting around for over a year! I know, I know. This doesn't happen for many people. The stem was entirely too long when I finally decided to take care of my babe properly. Threw it in a one gallon pot, put 4 60 watt cfl candelabra lights on it, and one LED candelabra thats kept further back for heat. Vegged for about 3 more weeks. Any guess on what strain? How bout my yield? This picture is exactly 2 weeks into 12/12. BTW, I used soil from the ground! I live in a place where soil is full of minerals, so I think this may have played a part in my good fortune. When switching pots, I used some cheap potting soil. I have also fertilized twice since the light switch with yer basic miracle gro flower treatment. Only thing I've had trouble with is the damn light fixtures falling too close to the leaves and scorching them the tiniest bit. I'm obviously not expecting the biggest yield ever. Just astonished that it turned into the most beautiful thing I've ever seen grow from seed! And yes, I'm hooked now. Got some critical mass x brazilian x south indian seeds comin to me soon. Can't wait to watch a new one grow! And one more question. Thoughts on taking a clone during flowering? Two weeks into flower? Right before harvest? I tried with a clipping entirely too tiny, and the poor girl died. Thanks for any help.View attachment 1087318View attachment 1087319

It is possible to clone a plant from a flowering female for up to 1 month I think but you'll be encountering an entirely different time table as doing this causes the plant to mature quite slowly. Check out this thread on it though the title is deceiving: https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/346874-monster-cropping-increasing-yield.html

Also, I recommend reading up a lot more before starting your grow with the seeds you purchased. I found that you can save yourself lots of time, hassle, and money if you just read up every bit of reliable information you can and you have it all here online. Yes it takes time but I promise your plants will be better off if you know all the details. Just my opinion.

Also, as another poster mentioned above, we can't see your picture. You're going to want to manage those attachments.
