my plants look healthy but they lower leaf are dying. plants are 6 weeks on soil. what should I do?
Pics would help. Is it turning yellow at the tip and then working its way to the base of the leaf? If so, its most likely a nitrogen def.

clip them off there sucking good energy
Please dont do this. If its nitrogen def, they turn yellow because the newer leaves are sucking nitrogen from them because there isn't enough to go around. The thought of them "sucking good energy" away from the rest of the plant is completely absurd. Fan leaves are there to photosynthesize and store nutrients. Let them do their job until it can no longer produce. The plant will take care of what to do when that happens.

Besides, how can a dieing leaf suck energy away? Its dieing FFS! If fan leaves required more energy to live than they provided the rest of the plant, I dont think it would be even possible to grow marijuana. DUCY?

davecoulier from full house knows whats hes talking about or it could be as simple as a the ph being off usually in soil if u didnt put the dolimite lime ur ph is off
