Lowryder Diesel Observation

Thought I would pass this along. I am growing some Diesel Ryder and Lowryder 2. I have read repeatedly that I should grow these with reduced Nutes.
So I started out with 1\4 strength, results slow but healthly looking.
1\2 Strength getting somewhat better growth, but sill slow.
Full strength nutes I got explosive growth, both root and foliage growth. The plants are not showing any root burn or leaf burn. They are growing like regular bud would grow.
Ive looked at pics of Diesel Ryder and seems like a lot of people are getting more branching than was stated in the strain description.
My Diesels are also branching like a regular plant would grow.
At 3 weeks old my tallest is about 10 inches and very bushy.
It started showing sex at about 2 weeks and since I am now growing at full strength on the nutes I expect it to double in size in the next two weeks.
I am using Vita Grow nutes and growing in a bubbleponics setup.
I am using a 400 watt vented hood with the light about 6 inches from the tallest plant.
So I guess my tip is, if your lowryders are not growing as fast as you think they should. Try upping the nutes.
I would not recommend using more than what the manufacturer recommends.
So in other words I am feeding my lowryders the same as I would for any other plant and they seem to be responding just fine.
Good luck !

Update: Well I used full strength nutes and got explosive growth. I didn’t do any real harm but I did eventually get some mild tip burn. I took a few weeks for the tip burn to show up on all the leaves.
Once I realized the tip burn I turned back my nutes to 1\3 to 1\2 strength.
I only had three weeks left so it didn’t really effect yield.
So if you want to avoid all tip burn use 1\2 strength or less.
It is possible you could use full nutes all the way through and not kill or stress the plants too much.
If you want to keep the plants on the small side keep the nutes down.
The Diesel Ryder is a impressive strain.
Everyone should try it at least once.
