I'm wondering if cool temps keep it in veg longer or if it actually just slows the growth down that much. my plants have been up since feb 19,20,21 and are only at best at 7th node, 1 at 6th node and 1 at 5th node. I am seeing warmer temps now its getting nicer outside and one of my 4 has shown his balls.
I wonder if they would grow bigger then normal before flowering if kept in the cool? my four are under a foot tall. littlest at 6 in, next at 8 in, the two biggest at 1ft.

Here is the exact paragraph i got my information from

"LR2 is meant to take aprox. 9 weeks (63 days), LR is meant to take aprox. 8 weeks (56 days). In reality, LR2 usually takes 9-10 weeks (63-70 days). Yours took about 10 weeks, which is within the normal range. Masterlow, Powerstout and Blue Streak also take about 9-10 weeks. AF strains can go longer if the weather is cold. The cold seems to slow down the rate at which they autoflower, holding them in a pseudo vegetive phase. This can lead to increased yields, so long as temps don't drop below a certain point. The hotter the weather, the quicker they seem to finish and the more stunted their growth is. "

My two biggest of the four are now showing sex, 1 male 1 female. the female showed today.
they were/are both about a foot tall (growing quicker daily), they attained that the last few days and I think are about to sprout up abit, I hope the side branches can grow out and be nice nuggies.
the other two are not progressing fast however with the warmer temps I hope they catch up in a week. I need my plants big enough to seed soon to have my seeds for my gorilla sog of autos.

Read full post really interesting.

I'm comming up for 42days on LR2-feminised still not signs of sex - concerned that I'm going to get to the alloted time with nothing to show, 2 plants are on their 8th node with another two on their 6th. think I was more happier with LR2 which I had no probs with.

Although the temp thing could be a point think I'm about sitting abuot 21c 69f during day. Anything I can do ?? (except for a heater)

My Lr2s have now been showing preflowers for over a month and are still not flowering. To the people who say it hurts yeild to switch the light cycle to 12/12: ITS HURTING MY YIELD BY NOT FLOWERING OTHERWISE!. So today (about day 75) Im turning them on a 12/12 light cycle. They are 40" tall. I had 5 Fem seeds but 2 ended up male. My three Auto AK47 x Auto Blueberry are being harvested in the morning. Also going on 12/12 is a g13 labs White Widow and G13 Labs Pure Power. Freebies from the Attitude. The white widow looks weak but the pure power is a beautiful short bushy beyotch. Ill let everyone know that results.

A friends Lr2s have done the same, not nice. 8 weeks and just showing sex. Did anyone finish these dodgy lowryders?? n how?? leave it on 18/6 or switch to 12/12?? just wanna see what other people did and achieved before i switch..

Wtf, Im growing 4 lowryder 2s, im on day 40 and cant sex yet, Ive had them on 18/6. Just switched to 12/12 today and see if that helps. Will have pics tommorrow when my plants wake up.

my lowryder 2 will be 6 weeks old tomorrow and still no signs of sex. Some of the pistils looks like a female but there are no hairs. I bought these from MS-nl . I have them on a bloom nutes for about a week. The stalk on these are getting huge. I put them on a 12/12 last night because of no signs of sex. So these arent autoflowering after 6 weeks, so I will treat them like non auto flowering with the 12/12 light cycle now. Had them on the 18/6 since the start.

My LR2 are being allowed to die. Femmed too. :( They are in the way of the girls about to flower. They are maybe 8 weeks. One is at the beginning of flower. I attribute this to a hot soil that I fucked up and fed 2 N teas too. In other words I gave it a veg. The N most likely killed their chances of flowering. When a plant get too much N than it needs it will not flower. GL.

i also have the same problem..my first grow ..feminised lowryder2 seeds from pick n mix seeds..day 52..strong healthy looking plants..about 17inches tall..no sign of sex..no sign of buds..been under cfl on 24/0 from start..just switched down last week to 18/6 to see if that would help..but still nothing happening! soil grow with plagron bat mix. this is for medical use and much needed..any advice gratefully received please !!

good news all three lowryders are flowering and are girls. I have them on a 12/12 and I dont think these are lowryder 2s cause they are getting pretty tall , will post picks tommorow

hey peoples, yeah i'm in day fukn 26/27 and no sign of budding. its due to the seed company i know that fora fact.
1---- because the seeds where slow to start with and 2 did not germinate
2---- 100% of dutch passion euforia germinated.....giving that i had to open 3 seed shells....who in the right mind wouldn't help them as they could be feamles as i bought regular seeds this out....and they will help me in my life...

so buy dutch passion or nirvania or something like that cant spell the word lol

but like why is it takeing this long....? well i've got my 20 euforia flying away so peoples keep us posted on whats happening with these slow ass moe foes lol

I discovered this site too late, I am growing Lowryder2 for the first time and had no flowering at 38 days so went to 12/12 . Now day 62 after 14 days of 12/12 the two biggest plants developed male flowers a week ago but the rest of the plants are still not flowering. Using 300 watts of 5000K CFL and 150 watts of 2700K and DWC

20/4 is not a good light regimen for autos, I'd say so myself anyways. The plants need dark to continue proper growth. 18/6 is the most i'd go. And i'd even shorten the days later on into flowering. As for the bad genes. Thats fuk ups. Sorry to hear for everyone who got a bad pheno.

lowryder are autoflower strains !!! my mate grows then in his 20/4 vegroom and they flower happily :)

id say just be patient remeber they say 9week from seed and apparently they mature very fast..well they hav to in order to finish so quick :)

anyway good luck !!

just saw the other post above :( i only read the first few then posted... but yea gota be a bad batch of seeds !!

when i go round my mates next ill ask him how long his took to flower under 20-4 but i know for a fact it was a very very nice smoke as i got to toke sum :) cure it too hmmmmmmmmm !!:)
