LST help

When i lst my plants how long should i leave them bending over?

The object is to re-shape the plant, so mostly you either won't be removing the ties, or you'll wait until the plant is "trained" to the position you desire . . . at which time you could maybe remove them, but the branch(es) will reach towards the light . . . soooooooooo, if you've got your plant trained and your light(s) adjusted for that training, you can untie some of the ties.
As a rule, I leave mine tied.

i heard that lst will make your plant bushier
but the only point is to train to grow sideways?

usally used to be more stealthy and discreet due to space or nosey people

then im definintly doing it for the wrong reason
i have a big outdoor grow place i dont need to hide
i just topped my plant also will this make two big colas?

Myself I have an outdoor grow and havent LSTed at all yet but the tops of the plants are begining to peek through the surrounding cover that hides them. I may have to do something soon, but otherwise i wouldnt LST at all. Yes, I top all plants just once to get two main colas and a much bushier plant
