LST? Is it time, and trimming help!!! PLEASE. Love you guys and gals

Hey guys, just looking for specific advice on if now is the best time for me to start LST?
I've read,start at 6 nodes,but I'm confused on, is that counting by two's or am I counting each set as 1.... I'm holding steady with my temps at 73.6 degrees, humidity at 45 percent. Running 1200 watt led ,at full spectrum, with 3 6600k spectrum, 26 watt grow CFL's and one 26 watt 2400k ... co2 bag as well.. pictures below. Any tips on trimming techniques would be greatly appreciated.4 weeks old...

im a rookie and I started training mine (auto flower) pretty early (at 21 days), didn't want to wait too long
its was painful but I just snatched that ***** over there by the throat....

Co2 bag in a tent is useless. I top or FIMM after 3 nodes......I just do it once, so u are good at the 6th node, no prob

If u want big plants, more light is needed.......but u will get decent weed regardless, if seeds are decent. The more leaves you snip or remove, the slower the growth.
