LST On Clones And Seeded Plants. When To Start?

hey guys i was wondering if anyone knew what stage to start low stress traing technique on seed started plant and also on clones. my clones havent started rooting yet but how long after rooting shold i start? clones were started saturday night and are in humidity dome right now. i have never used this technique but would like to try it because of pics that i have saw

I would start as soon as clones root or if a plant reaches 6" in height.
