LST Question

I'm planning to LST this time 'round. Should I expect to veg longer to let the plants "catch up"?

When I lst, I veg already a month inna half partly to take clone.. But you can really veg for as long as you like jus wait til they pre flower before you flower them. . And they usually grow at the same rate given that you not topping and that takes time to heal
