I was wondering ( 1st time i used lst ) if plants need a period of time to recover from this technique before switching to flowering. If so about how long?

Also can i lst more after the switch or can it be a problem?

Thank you.

lst means low stress training, so there really shouldn't be any kind of recovery period for lst ime..

also, you can lst all through flowering if you please.. :D

Racerboy is correct. I LST through my entire grows. If it's getting too tall I tie her down or supercrop her.

I currently have three of my 4 Indica Auroras tied down and I'm in my 4th week of flowerin, no problem buds are looking good.

Tie the motha' DOWN! when I top or supercrop I usually give them 3 0r 4 days before flowering them, just to observe and make sure everything is ok. As far as tying , go aahead and tie em all you want , all the way through. I tie them down at first ( the day I switch them to flowering), and then at about week 5, I end up having to stake them up because the buds are weighing them down to the point of breaking.
