Luck, Superstition, Karma

I believe in Karma. Not the Western narrow view of it though.

Karma is action. Virtuous, non-virtuous, or idle. Your karma will propel you into your next life and affect your standing in that life. You may have acquired karma that lends you to have some shitty things happen. You may find yourself in a life of privilidge. How you handle what this life has for you will dictate weather you come back as say a human or an hungry ghost or an animal for example. For those that may be familiar with ahm-mane-padme-om know that those 6 syllables represent the 6 realms of existence.

That is all. Carry on.

I think in terms of vibration and we all resonate, some are more harmonious then others when I come in contact with them, they give off a bad vibe and I don't need them to speak to know this. Due to this vibration like forces will attract, grouping together and making their pull stronger.

Not one of them. Luck can be calculated in numbers so it's a math problem. Superstition is all in your head so it's a mental problem. And karma was invented so people who dont believe in hell don't rob and kill everyone, so that's people problem. Lol

Interesting thread God. I'm not sure what I believe. Not superstitious at all. Never had much luck. I adhere to karma's principles because I like doing good things but see the good suffer and the wicked prosper too much to say that Karma is infallible and omnipotent. I don't know. Was it fate that I walked into that restaurant that day and met my then future wife who was born 8000 miles away from me? Or was it chance that I was hungry and in the mood for Chinese? Either way, I made my own luck by asking her out. Good thread.
