Sometimes I will reduce the light by setting 1 of the lights up on it's own timer. Like just run the hps for 6-7 hours at night or something. Anyway, 60rh isn't too bad if they have been fed recently. I used to monitor the rh. Don't anymore. It was 60-65 when I watered, 50% the next day, 35-40 when it needed feeding the day after. It was always that, so I just wing it now.

I do however use those sms controllers instead. Set it on 28oc for veg which feels a bit humid, then 24oc-25oc for flowering. Does great for me. Saves me checking everything.

I may go back to monitoring the rh, now I'm going back to led growing, it could be worth my time far more, especially if they take longer to dry.

hmmm food for thought, im tempted....! yeah the hps is going in the bin after this lot. i would cry if it rots. canopy RH is 60% ish. i do have 6 six inch clip fans blowing up through the canopy

@ttystikk thanks dude, in here likes you looking (: Youve been a gent to me since day one, thanks.
The dry salts thing ive thought about, i really have. Canna coco nutes arent cheap and ive seen things like that jacks 3-2-1 absolutely smash it...i fancy going that way, having mono powders like magnesium and nothing else is mega useful, like to have a Mag without N for flower for exmple. While we're on nutes, i contacted Mammoth P and theyre sending me a sample to the UK - delighted with that i am, they were very friendly indeed.

The Tupur Royal Gold sounds fab - i'll google it right now, thanks!

"This is the best place for horticultural LED" it really is! although the autoflower site has a nice lil thing going on too, I do really enjoy this place. That research facility sounds interesting 8-)

:hump:

@nudger36 You couldnt make it up!! glad ya could make it :)
Don't be too impressed about the zillion dollar lab; it's amazing how little they get done with all that cash.

Did I mention that Mammoth P was also developed here in town? Much smaller budget, too...

I use a base dry nutrient mix; 5-11-26 plus micros, and then the nutrient double salts of calcium nitrate, mag sulfate and MKP to add a touch of P in bloom. Manipulating the ratios of these ingredients gives one much more control over the nutrient profile we offer our plants. And my word it's cheap!

Be sure to give your girls plenty of airflow beneath the canopy and you shouldn't have any budrot problems.

You've done a brilliant job with this grow, mate- hat's off to ya!

I looked into UK420 some years ago and I was not impressed. Nuff said, lol

Glad to see the new faces! Anything I can do to help, just let me know.

@ttystikk "it's amazing how little they get done with all that cash" - seems to be pretty common theme all over the world! oh wow, cool - liking the look of Mammoth, they come across really well but $200 a litre... it best be magical. The sample will do for now.

Been thinking more about powdered salts and i think i'll give it a go on a smaller grow first (: I am a control freak in the garden :bigjoint: I'll start looking into available options in the uk. Which do you use? I think Canna do a range of salts...hmmmmm always learning something in this hobby!

Been booked to work away for 7-10 days so ive binned the res and started flushing last night...its a touch early but not a lot i can do! this always happens at the wrong time, ha!

"Glad to see the new faces! Anything I can do to help, just let me know" - cheers dude (:
its a pleasure watching them all jump ship. :peace:

I use the hydroponic special 5-11-26 with micros from these guys; hydro-gardens.com;

https://hydro-gardens.com/product/hydroponic-special-formula-25lbs-bag-5-11-26/

Mammoth P is spendy but a little goes a long way. That liter is more than most people would ever need.

And I'm always available to help the sincere. Nothing gives me more satisfaction.

Never grew it but had some in the Dam last October.
GTH#4. A great smoke, nice high, a bit trippy. Very social smoke were you'll laugh at anything.
