Lumberjack Needs Some Trees To Cut Down Again...

SOOOOOoooooooooooooo.....

Here's my next journal to share with you all.
I've had a wonderful time smoking my last harvest of Haze x Dreamgoddess and the lovely CaliRaft (i had to get rid of some... told him it was a med strain from cali called raft [well it is, isn't it?] and he started calling it CaliRaft as if everyone knew about it, lol)

But that smoke is now gone, and things are gearing up for myself to be totally co-relient on myself and my partner who have split up parts of growing...

I'm now going to be a full time vegger for the next few months... atleast until i get my own house towards the end of the year... The smell is too much stress in an apartment...

I've put together a somewhat clumsy but manageable closet setup together utilizing a 175w MH in a batwing reflector and a 400w HPS in my own DIY cooltube.

I have a makeshift bubble cloner with close to 40 clones waiting to root in it... The beggining of a bonsai Raft mom, a DGH mom, and a bunch of clones from all the different girls i had flowering last go...

I'm going to keep my moms in soil, but will be putting the cuttings into a 100% perlite medium in 16 and 32 oz. cups that will hap-hazardly work Hempy bucket style...

I'm vegging plants to about 12-16 inches before passing them on to my friend...

Rooted clones I have DGH and Raft... In the bubble cloner are cuts of each, and about 26 Herijuana cuts...

In the next day or two I will be starting close to 10 different strains, a bunch of purples, a white strain, some killer Sour Diesel crosses... so it should get real fun...

Mostly i'm just trying to find 5-10 moms to keep around and take lots of cuttings from... me and my friend like variety!!!

Right now we have 1600w for flowering...
its gonna be beefed up to probably 3600w after the first harvest...

I'll get pics... and maybe even video (thanks CALI for the inspiration on that one) when I've got the energy to... Hope you all will enjoy!

I'm going to be starting some Dreamgoddess seeds too, as I've seen the success you've had with the strain... 3 Different Mandala strains... OrtegaXNYCsourDieselIBL, BlowfishXsourD... Purple spaceship....

Its kinda ridiculous actually.
I'm going to enjoy this so much.
I hope to have lots of your help along the way like always!

except the damn parakeet. friggin attack bird.....

so heres a couple looks at my grow room...
the clones are in a bit of shock after a transfer from soil to 100% perlite.... that was interesting to do... the white stuff on the clones in the bubbler is DE (diatomoceous earth) because they came from a place that had some mites... so its just a preventitive measure... and yeah the top is made from aluminum foil...

this is going to be great im staying tuned!

... and so today i started 8 new strains from seed with a total of 25 beans over all... only up to 4 of any one kind, and as few as 2 for some others...

sweet purple f3's
purple space ship
white satin
blowfish x sourdiesel ibl
sour cherry diesel (cherry slyder x sourdiesel ibl)
Timewarp x Congo/Kandahar
& finally Hashplant x vision thai x kandahar

these are to go along with the herijuana, kp's purple haze (hazexdreamgoddes), and raft cuts that i've got going...

this is gonna get really fun!

so today i had to water everything... i have 5 girls who i had to transplant from soil to 100% perlite, and they had a rough go with it all... so today i mixed up a nice concoction of maxicrop liquid seaweed at 1oz/gal and also some EA EN (fulvic acid, humic acid, and mycorrizhae) plus an extra boost of Superthrive... hopefully it'll bring themm all back up to speed..

being that i'm using chem ferts for the most part for this grow, my next watering at full strength maxigrow might hurt the bene bacteria i just installed... but whatever... i'm just using this as a quick fix to the transplant issues... get the roots going full blast again...


and i just got a call from my friend... looks like i'll be adding possibly another 30-40 more seedlings in place... JEEZUS

Wow this is going to be a good one. I like to have several different as well. I can t wait to see how it turns out!

so far we're at 11 strains either germing, rooting, or vegging....

another 5 strains in seed to come this weekend...

and maybe another 10-15 more in another couple weeks

i was only just starting to THINK about growing a year ago!!!!

how i fell into all this... i sometimes wonder...

wow 30-40 more seedlings plus all those strains you got already. i'll watch this one, i guess you will be a busy man lol. good luck growing...

i'm almost a bit anxious about the whole thing....

i gotta get a hell of a lot more perlite...
and another resevoir... i'm gonna need to have different nute mixes made up...

That's crazy, man. lol I just started growing seriously a year ago too. I'm still not as serious as you lol. But, that's only cuz I'm livin at home. 4 weeks until I get my own place and then I'm going to get serious as you lol......But, damn dude, don't want to get too big. I would worry about the popo.

i'm only doing the veggin at my place... its gonna be a lot easier to handle than if i was doing the whole op from my apt...

plants won't be getting much bigger than 12-14 inches around here... even my moms... BONSAI!!!!!

once everythings been run.. we'll keep moms of all of our favorite strains/phenos (maybe more than one of a strain) and just do cuttings,
and it'll turn into a massive SOG op... with shit going in and out ever 2-3 weeks...

but that's gonna have to wait till we got our moms and make it through this first go...
