mac VS windows

I work with both. They both tend to have their own problems in one way or another.

Its all in what and how you use it.

For the most part its 6 of one and half a dozen of another.

I will say that my webservers are unix(RH4). I have far less problems than I did with the butterfly.

this is a trick question. They both have their own uses and despite what most mac users think, macs have just as many problems as windows.

btw, linux kicks the crap out of both them.

The new Macs are linux, Apple just made their own distribution of an existing one that is already out there. I am thinking either mandrake or suse, not exactly sure at the moment.

really? nice. but that means or at least it sounds like they're sort of giving up on their os.

hmmmm....fighting or fucking....
it's just a matter of time until people start mass producing viruses for macs. when that happens mac users will be screwed because there's a surprising lack of decent virus protection for macs. so gloat now but beware.

Apple will have to grow waaaaay past their 5% market share before a virus will effectively spread from machine to machine. No worries for a dozen or so years.
