mail order from Iraq..

So I want to buy this 'Setar' which is a string instrument native to the middle east. I've had no luck finding one anywhere near the US, I did however find a online shop in Iran that has quite a few reasonably priced quality setars for sale. They take paypal payments and money orders. I've talked to them through email abit and they seem very nice but I guess I'm skeptical about ordering something $300 through paypal from Iran.. Does this seem legit to anyone? It seems like if they screw me over theres not much that can be done you know?
