Making A Cookie With Some Kief

Hey guys. My sister wants to try getting high, but she is absolutely against smoking because of taste and coughing. She said she's okay with eating something. I have some kief from my grinder, and i was wondering how much would I actually need for it to have affect. thnx!

about 3 grams to a stick. I would just sprinkle some on a cookie once you portion the cookie dough.

ok one cookie ul have like i dunno a tbl spoon of butter u need to do the cannabutter technique with it with a gram preferably but a .5 could do cook it up seperate it then cook one cookie and let her eat it should work u need to be pretty good at cooking to make one cookie that doesent tast like compleat shit
