I don't want to clone -- how to I get the males to yield seeds in the same room as my females? make a barrier?

Males don't yield seeds...if you want seeds put a male and female in the same room. Keep them separate from your bitches though.

To answer these questions, you can't. Males don't yield seeds. Pollenated females do. Pollen comes from the male plant.

Well males dont make seeds , they make pollen .

When a males pollen comes in contact with a female , the female then stops producing THC and start producing seeds. These seed will be Regular seeds , not feminished.
Seeds will then drop once they are mature.

To make female seeds.You need a nice female plant , you then need to stress this plant (Lighting for example) at a certain point she will the turn Hermie which means she will her too start making pollen (Also called ''Bananas") to finally make feminised seeds.

yah, same as everyone else stated.. males don't make buds, that is the women's job in the cannabis world.. what males do do is make pollen, which is used by the girls to make seeds in the bud once pollinated.. there are many different ways to pollinate.. the best way imo is to keep your males and females in different rooms and once the male is ready to burst his lil pollen sack, you can cover a branch that is loaded with pollen with a paper bag and vigorously shake the branch so that the pollen gets collected in your lil bag.. after collecting the pollen, i would highly advise a shower and a change of clothes before going anywhere near your virgin females.. you will want to take a lil paint brush and dip it in your bag with the pollen in it.. the pollen is very tiny and hard to see, so do your best to make sure you have some on the brush.. you can simply pollinate one bud or as many as you want by brushing the pollen on the buds that you wish to pollinate.. the nice thing about only doing one or two buds at a time is that you still get plenty of sinsimelia bud and plenty of seeds for a future grow..

the male can't make seeds if the female plants can see them.
male marijuana plants are shy. It might take a male plant up to 5 years
to produce a seed. Especially if it's been stressed.
